My dog Tazzie was a handful when she was a puppy, that is why I named her Tazzie after the cartoon. Tazzie is about six years old now, she was rescued in the Kankakee river, with eight of her brother’s, sister’s, and mom who were dumped by some jerk. She has a bump on her nose where it broke a piece of her skull off. She's the best dog I’ve ever had, and is smart too, sometimes too smart.
After getting two more puppies I realized that all puppies are just bad, there is no going around it. They’re six months old. Buttercup is the mischievous one, she loves getting into stuff, anything she can reach while standing on her hind legs is her hobby. Bruno, who is all muscle, and twice as big as his twin sister, gets whatever his sister grabs from the counter and eats, that goes for anything, including something weird they may find outside. I constantly need to watch them. Recently, I caught Bruno eating a pop can they found outside. Here is a small list of the stuff they’ve gotten a hold of in the last month that I caught them eating, including, but not limited to: napkins, plastic, paper, pens, anything electrical, shoes, controllers, CD's and socks. Those are the items that I’ve found them chewing on. I have no idea on the stuff I didn’t see. When I pick up after them outside, I always end up wondering where they got some of the items that hang out of their stool.
Recently, one of my dogs got a hold of Tazzie’s medication, I was thankful that it wasn’t harmful to them, but my cat seemed to have a hand in that case, she helped knock it off the counter so the dogs could get it; it's a conspiracy, with all the animals involved.
They’re just puppies, but a pain in the butts. I always feel like one of them is keeping my attention while the other one is getting something they shouldn’t be, as though it was planned from the beginning. Just like I picture my dogs listening to rock music and banging their heads while I'm at work, like in the animated movie, The Secret Life of Pets.
Below are some picture of the pain in the puppies, the 1st picture is right after I brought the little adorable trash eaters home; they are Bullies. The 2nd picture is of them coming in after playing in the mud, Buttercup is on the left, Bruno is on the right. The last picture is Tazzie, who is part lab and chow.
On another note, The Chicago Auto Show is going on now, I’ll be there the 18 and 19, promoting my new book, giving away t-shirts, copies of my first book, and some other stuff as well. I want to check out the Nissan Rogue’s Star Wars Edition crossover vehicle with wings, that’s funny, it has wings. I need some pictures of that.
Have a good week,
